Description / Scope of Work
SNGPL Multan Transmission Distribution Office invites sealed bids for procurement of I-Beams under tender reference MNT/TE/040/2026 (P83134) for the financial year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement conducted through single stage-one envelope bidding using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/83134 and are open to all eligible bidders registered on EPADS. The procurement is for the Multan office located at SNGPL Stores Department, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan City.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The evaluation will follow the criteria and eligibility requirements outlined in the bidding documents, which include detailed specifications, price schedules, general and special conditions of contract, and integrity pact requirements.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 03:30 PM using the EPADS v2.0 system.
