Description / Scope of Work
Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology (GIKI), located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of laboratory microscope equipment under reference GIKI/PD/FME/HEC/TDF-1146/26 with procurement identification P85924. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed using Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding methodology under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This is a goods procurement contract that includes comprehensive services encompassing equipment supply, on-site installation, functional testing, system commissioning, and operator training at the GIKI campus in Swabi.
All interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform to participate. Eligible bidders are required to submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding documents. The bidding documents contain complete technical specifications, terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and all required procurement forms.
