Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), through its Procurement Office at the Transmission Headquarter in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under contract reference FST/TE/048/26 (P85489) planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines. The procurement process is being managed entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0), and all eligible vendors must be registered on this platform to participate.
Bidders are required to submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security must be provided in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively through a bid securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents. All bids must comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documentation and meet the evaluation requirements established by SNGPL.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 at 03:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 are required to complete registration before participating.
