PCB seeks pre-qualified catering vendors for a 22-month framework spanning October 2026 to July 2028 across multiple venues.
This is a recurring, large-scale contract opportunity for established catering firms with active tax compliance. The tight submission deadline (26 August 2026) and requirement for multi-venue capacity suggest PCB intends to build a vendor pool for consistent event catering. Bidders must be financially transparent and professionally established; this favors mid-to-large catering enterprises with proven institutional client experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold Active Taxpayer status with FBR, possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, and demonstrate professional catering experience with institutional clients. The notice requires tax compliance and organizational capacity proof. Typically, catering service providers must be SECP-registered entities or sole proprietorships with proper NTN and sales tax registration.
