Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish unit-based frame rates for housekeeping and janitorial services across three Karachi Telecom Regions (KTR-I, II, and III) in the South Zone. This is a regional service frame contract for a three-year period from the contract signing date, to be executed on a demand basis with no guaranteed minimum order volume. PTCL will issue purchase orders to the contracted vendor on an as-and-when-required basis throughout the contract term. The tender is open to bidders with relevant experience in providing similar services.
Bidders must be registered vendors with PTCL and possess a valid Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) at the time of bid submission. Unregistered vendors are required to complete vendor registration prior to submitting their bids. A bid bond of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR or Demand Draft payable to Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited must accompany all bids as mandatory security. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes except GST. Separate technical and commercial bids are required to be submitted as detailed in the tender documents.

Bidders may submit clarification queries until 17th August 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19th August 2026 via MS Teams if required. Sealed bids comprising technical bid, commercial bid, and bid bond must be clearly marked and submitted on or before 22nd August 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
