Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Kot Addu invites electronic bids for a framework contract to procure LP medicines and medical devices on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement value is PKR 15,000,000 and the contract will be implemented across Punjab. This is an open competitive bidding process conducted under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). The procurement covers ongoing supply of essential medicines and medical devices required for hospital operations throughout the fiscal year.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) License issued by the competent authority and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated procurement value (PKR 750,000) electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipts, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will be accepted. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided by all bidders. Taxes and stamp duty will be deducted in accordance with applicable Government Rules.

Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 August 2026 at 11:00 AM through www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu.
