Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center invites prequalification bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of dialysis consumables for PKLI & RC Lahore and PKLI Rawalpindi. The estimated contract value is PKR 422,314,214 and the scope encompasses supply of various dialysis consumables as detailed in the attached specifications list. The procurement is single-stage single-envelope process with delivery terms on DDP-PKLI Lahore basis, serving healthcare facilities in the Punjab region.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and hold valid Drug Sale Licenses as required by the regulatory framework. Interested vendors are required to submit prequalification documents electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P). Bid security and other compliance requirements shall be determined during the prequalification evaluation stage. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.
Prequalification documents must be submitted electronically by September 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Documents will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A.
