This is an annual framework contract for imaging consumables—X-Ray and MRI films—for a cardiology institute.
The tender covers two facilities (RIC Rwp and NSCC Murree) and is recurring, making it a stable, multi-year opportunity for qualified suppliers. The 2% bid security requirement and mandatory stock-replacement clause indicate the procuring agency prioritises reliability and inventory management. Bidders need government supply experience and full tax compliance; smaller or new vendors without prior institutional sales may struggle to qualify.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN, GST, and Professional Tax certificates, and demonstrate minimum one year's experience supplying government or autonomous institutions. Company registration (typically SECP for corporations or NTN for sole traders) is required. Bidders must be Pakistani nationals or registered entities. No specific PEC category applies.
