Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of 300 Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) kits under reference number UNDP-PAK-01705. The procurement is part of UNDP's Flood Recovery Programme (FRP), a multi-sectoral initiative responding to the devastating 2025 floods that affected millions across Pakistan. South Punjab, particularly the districts of Multan and Muzaffargarh, experienced extensive flooding causing widespread displacement, destruction of homes and infrastructure, loss of agricultural livelihoods, and disruption of essential services. The CBDRM kits are intended to support inclusive, climate-resilient recovery in flood-affected communities across the Federal territory of Pakistan.
This is a Request for Quotation process, and eligible suppliers must register with the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. Suppliers should ensure they have the necessary credentials and supplier profile established prior to submitting their quotation. Standard procurement compliance and organizational eligibility criteria apply, though specific bid security amounts and detailed technical requirements are managed through the supplier portal system.
Interested bidders must subscribe to the UNDP Quantum supplier portal and search for the negotiation using reference number UNDP-PAK-01705 to access full tender documents, submit quotations, and obtain submission instructions. The tender deadline is 26 August 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. Inquiries and contact should be directed to the UNDP Pakistan Procurement Unit at pakistan.procurement.info@undp.org. All submission and opening procedures will be conducted through the supplier portal in accordance with UNDP procurement guidelines.
