Description / Scope of Work
The Vice Chancellor of Nishtar Medical University & Hospital, Multan invites bids from well-reputed and experienced firms and companies for the purchase of medical and laboratory equipment under an ADP scheme titled Construction of Building of Cancer Centre at Nishtar Hospital Multan. The procurement is being conducted under a framework contract in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 30.4054 million, with the purchase to be made on an F.O.R (Free on Rail) basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System. This project is located at Nishtar Hospital in Multan, Punjab and represents a significant investment in healthcare infrastructure development in the region.
Bidders must be duly registered with relevant registered authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted or paid through the online portal prior to the tender submission deadline. Bidders are required to be well-reputed and experienced firms or companies capable of supplying medical and laboratory equipment of appropriate quality and specification for a cancer centre facility.

Technical and financial separate bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids to be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders should register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and ensure upload of bids well before the deadline.
