Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office is procuring Frequency Generator and Ultrasonic Thickness Tester equipment under tender reference MNT/TE/039/2026 (P86860) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The equipment will support SNGPL's operational requirements at its Multan Transmission Distribution facilities located in Multan City, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Document and meet specified technical and commercial requirements for the goods being procured.
E-bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/86860. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM.
