Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the procurement of ground couplers and dual hose connections required at PSO Aviation Stations across Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces. The scope includes five units of Hydrant Servicer Ground Couplers (4 inch diameter, complying with EI 1584 Latest Edition) with repair kits for the Karachi Aviation facility, two units of 2.5-inch aluminium aviation coupling assemblies suitable for aviation fuel with PTFE or Viton seals and female NPT threads for the Peshawar Airport facility, and comprehensive services for providing and fabricating dual hose connections at the Peshawar Aviation Station. This is a turnkey project requiring fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of 4-inch fuel pipelines with T-joints, elbows, and pipe supports using stainless steel or epoxy-coated carbon steel internally compatible with aviation fuels as per EI 1541 standard. All quoted rates must be inclusive of government taxes and transportation charges.
Quotations must be submitted by 28 August 2026 at 2:15 PM. Eligible suppliers should provide genuine items in original OEM packaging with complete technical documentation and mill test certificates. Vendors must furnish at least 12 months warranty on all supplied parts and ensure compliance with all PSO safety procedures. The coupling units must be compatible with existing equipment at Peshawar as referenced in Annexure A. Items will be accepted subject to inspection by the respective Regional Head or authorized representative, with payment made only after successful acceptance. Part payment is not permitted.
