Description / Scope of Work
SNGPL Karak-D (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of safety and hardware items under tender enquiry KRK/TE/004/2026, reference P86968. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The goods are required for SNGPL operations at its Karak district location near Naseem CNG on the Main Indus Highway in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.
Bidders must be eligible under Public Procurement Rules 2004 and are required to provide bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and all requirements are available on the ePADS platform at the specified project reference.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM using the EPADS v2.0 system.
