Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base in Dhamial Camp, Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding NTN certificates for supply of miscellaneous aviation spares and components. The tender covers approximately 30 items with a complete financial year supply requirement, though purchase orders will be placed in batches and packages based on immediate operational needs. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules with delivery periods of 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Remaining shelf life of all items at delivery must be 80 percent of total life.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or hold valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Pakistan Army. Firms with pending deliveries from the previous financial year are ineligible. Each bid requires a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and bid security or earnest money equal to 5 percent of the total bid amount in the form of a pay order or bank draft made payable to the Commandant CASD. Quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and must include all applicable taxes and duties.
Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and categorized by annexure, with the tender IT number mentioned on both envelopes. Tender submission closes on 17 August 2026 at 1030 hours with opening at 1100 hours on the same date. Authorized representatives of bidding firms must attend the opening proceedings in person. All samples and supplies are subject to tests and inspections at supplier cost, and warranty maintenance is the supplier's responsibility during the warranty period.
