Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed applications for prequalification of reputable office furniture suppliers including manufacturers, importers, and wholesalers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue on the Active Taxpayer List under PPRA Rule 16A for an Open Framework Agreement. The prequalification will remain valid for a maximum period of three years and will enable qualified vendors to supply a comprehensive range of office furniture items across five categories: seating arrangements, desking and workstations, storage and filing solutions, conference and meeting room furniture, and auditorium and studio furniture. Services are required primarily in Lahore and Islamabad with potential expansion across the country. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000 and applications will be received until 03:00 PM on August 28, 2026, with opening scheduled for 03:30 PM the same day.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Tax Authorities on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and possess sound financial standing with proven experience supplying office furniture items. Bidders may select one or more categories from manufacturer, importer, wholesaler, or supplier classifications. Mandatory offices in both Lahore and Islamabad are required for service delivery.
