VU is seeking prequalified furniture suppliers for a framework agreement covering ongoing office furniture supply requirements.
The closing date is August 28, 2026. This is a framework arrangement rather than a single procurement, suggesting recurring demand over multiple orders. Entry barriers are moderate—FBR tax registration and financial credibility are essential. The tender fee is minimal at Rs. 1,000. Suppliers should note the tight pre-opening window (03:00–03:30pm) and ensure tax compliance and complete documentation before submission.
Who can bid: Suppliers must be registered with FBR on the Active Taxpayers List (mandatory). Sound financial standing and proven furniture supply experience are required. Typically, suppliers should also be registered with SECP if structured as companies, though this notice does not explicitly state such requirements.
