PSO seeks paver replacement services at Islamabad facility covering 13,500 sq ft of concrete pavers.
This is a fixed-scope, one-off civil works project with tight 30-day timeline from order issuance. Contractor must supply all materials, labor, equipment, and handle removed debris disposal. HSE compliance is rigidly enforced with zero tolerance; non-compliance triggers immediate stoppage and vendor-borne delay costs. The work is technically straightforward but operationally demanding given the short schedule and strict safety framework.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state registration or licensing requirements. Typically, contractors bidding on PSO civil works must possess valid PEC registration in relevant category, active NTN and SECP registration, and documented HSE compliance capability. Safety training certification and insurance coverage are usually required for petroleum sector work.
