Description / Scope of Work
Open sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis for three distinct supply and installation contracts. Tender 63/2026 covers supply, fitting, fixture and installation of items for clean room facilities. Tender 64/2026 requires supply and installation of 1.5 ton and 1 ton air conditioning units. Tender 65/2026 encompasses supply and installation of tempered glass, printed vinyl glass paper, and false ceiling systems. All tenders are issued by the Head Procurement authority in Islamabad, Federal region, with tender reference 63-65/2026. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and possess their own offices equipped with telephone and fax facilities.
Eligibility is restricted to reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department having established offices in Islamabad with operational telecommunications facilities. Tender documents will not be issued to firms with poor performance records in supplying stores against previous orders. Each tender submission must be accompanied by two percent earnest money of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Head LAO, P.O Box No. 1021, Islamabad. The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted as a bank draft or pay order; cash payments are not accepted. Tender validity must be a minimum of 60 days from the opening date.
Tender documents can be obtained by submitting a written request on firm letterhead along with the required bank draft to Head LAO. The original bank draft must be received at the office one day before the opening date. Tender receiving time is 10:30 AM and opening time is 11:00 AM on 08-09-2026 for tenders 63 and 64, and 05-09-2028 for tender 65, each on a single stage two envelope basis. Tenders must not contain cutting or overwriting. All three tenders will be opened on their respective dates, with payments made after satisfactory inspection and complete receipt of stores.
