Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of consumable items required by the Computer Engineering Department. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and will be conducted through single-stage two-envelope procurement methodology using least cost based selection technique. Funds have been reserved for this procurement in the fiscal year 2026-27, with the bidding process to be conducted entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by either a pay order, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to review the detailed terms and conditions, item specifications, and all contractual requirements outlined in the complete bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
The sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
