Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), an autonomous corporation under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites pre-qualification documents from eligible, reputable, and experienced firms and consortia registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and on the active taxpayer list. This pre-qualification exercise seeks to establish a panel of carriage contractors for the transportation of industrial rock salt in various forms from PMDC Makrach Weighbridge and PMDC Makrach Mines (direct sites) to different client locations across Pakistan under an Open Framework Agreement in accordance with PPRA Rules. Delivery destinations may include Faisalabad, Lahore, Sheikhupura, and other cities nationwide, with the scope encompassing multiple shipments over an extended contract period.
Eligible applicants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain active taxpayer status.
