Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Agriculture Extension, Gilgit-Region invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers and firms for the supply of seven categories of items and services for the Deputy Director IPM office under Regular, Development and ETI budgets for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers IPM pesticides, chemicals, tools, machinery and laboratory consumables; printing and publicity materials for training seminars and workshops; catering services including lunch and high tea for training events and conferences; office and laboratory equipment, office supplies and miscellaneous items; office stationery; furniture and fixtures; and repair or spare parts for vehicles and agricultural machinery. Bidders must possess relevant experience of at least two years with a completion certificate for similar nature of work.
