Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of All in One (AIO) Personal Computers. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The tender is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and invites competitive bids for desktop computing equipment to support institutional operations at the IBA Main Campus located in Karachi, within the province of Sindh.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or relevant provincial tax authority and hold valid NTN and SRB/GST registration. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) is required, payable via challan through Meezan Bank. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft drawn in favor of IBA Karachi, equivalent to 2 percent of the bid value. The tender follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPP Rules 2010, and IBA reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process at its discretion.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website (https://tenders.iba.edu.pk) and SPPRA ePADS portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/) from August 13, 2026 at 09:00 AM. Bids with supporting documents and a copy of bid security must be uploaded on SPPRA ePADS; the original signed bid and original bid security must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening on August 28, 2026 at 03:30 PM.
