For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is an annual outsourcing contract for computer printer maintenance and support services at a major teaching hospital in Lahore.
The three-year experience requirement indicates the hospital seeks an established, reliable vendor capable of managing complex office equipment across a healthcare facility. The two percent bid security requirement and strict documentation compliance suggest a formal procurement process. This appears to be a recurring annual service contract rather than a one-time engagement, making it potentially stable work for qualified vendors with proven healthcare sector experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must possess minimum three years verifiable experience in computer printer services. Registration with e-PADS, NTN, GST registration and Punjab Revenue Authority certification are mandatory. Firms must not be blacklisted by The Children's Hospital, UCHS Lahore or any other procuring agency, and must demonstrate uninterrupted supply capability. Typically, computer services contracts also require evidence of technical capacity and financial stability.
