District Council Gujrat invites electronic bids for execution of 21 infrastructure and development projects across multiple villages and localities within the district under the Current Financial Year Budget 2025-2027. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms, contractors, or companies registered with relevant E-Procurement platforms and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Regulatory Authority (PRA), and where applicable. Bidders must possess valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) licenses in relevant categories, maintain active status with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and PRA, and provide fresh affidavits confirming no blacklisting under PPRA or current litigation involvement.
