Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for renovation work at its Eithad Town branch in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 15,818,877 with a scope covering construction and renovation services at the BOP Building location. The work is to be completed within 45 days of issuance of the work order, representing a medium-scale renovation contract in the banking sector. Bidders must submit proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, with technical and financial details included in a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per PPRA rules.
Eligible contractors must submit a 2% bid security of Rs. 316,378 via 1-links or Bank Guarantee using a digitally generated PSID number in favor of The Bank of Punjab. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax; quotes without tax inclusions will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must comply fully with the bidding documents and specifications; alternative bids are not acceptable. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded through the eP platform by 1 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
