Description / Scope of Work
The Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, is undertaking annual procurement of hardware items and machinery/equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27 under reference P88672. This is a national-level procurement conducted through single-stage, two-envelope quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement encompasses various hardware and equipment items required for government operations and is open to eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The contract will be executed from funds reserved by the Cabinet Division for the specified fiscal period.
All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows the regulatory framework established by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and incorporates quality and cost-based evaluation criteria to ensure value for money and competitive pricing.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 28, 2026 at 01:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 02:00 PM the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
