For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a one-off demolition and debris removal contract valued at Rs.

15.2 million for a 26-marla encroached forest structure in Murree. The scope is straightforward—dismantling, shifting of malba up to 40 km—but the recovery process depends on a Deputy Commissioner's technical committee, introducing variability in final settlement. The 16-day bidding window is tight for site assessment and costing. Contractors must have demolition capability and logistics for debris haul; the 5% bid security and strict specification compliance are standard.

Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly specify PEC registration or contractor class. Typically, demolition and debris-removal contracts in Pakistan require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category and hold valid NTN and registration with the relevant provincial authority. Local contractors are preferred under the Local tender category designation.
