IBA Karachi seeks rental of sports activity equipment for student programmes at its main campus.
The tender is for a single rental service unit with scope defined in an attached document. Given the 17 August 2026 deadline, bidders must act quickly. The vague scope suggests vendors should contact the Purchase Department and visit campus to clarify exact equipment, duration and rental terms before quoting. This appears a one-off procurement tied to a specific student activity event rather than a recurring contract.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify registration or licensing requirements. Typically, rental service providers should hold valid NTN registration, relevant trade certificates, and insurance coverage. Vendors should confirm eligibility by contacting IBA Purchase Department directly, as detailed requirements are in the separate scope document.
