Description / Scope of Work
Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Chishtian, located on Bahawalnagar Road in District Bahawalnagar, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of sports items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated tender amount is Rs 1,448,900. This is a single lot procurement managed by the school administration to supply sports equipment and materials required for the school's athletic programmes and physical education activities throughout the contract period ending 30 June 2027. The Principal will issue purchase orders from time to time based on actual requirements, with payment made separately against each order.
Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as required under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of Rs 14,489 (1% of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of a Crossed Demand Draft, Bank Draft, or Purchase Order. All bidders must comply fully with the bidding documents; alternative bids will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for investigating all factors and must accept that no financial adjustments or escalation of costs will be entertained except for approved increases in quantity.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and the Daanish Schools website www.daanishschools.edu.pk. Bidders must submit profiles including technical and financial bids online through the e-procurement Punjab portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The deadline for bid submission is 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM on Monday. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Participation through e-procurement Punjab Portal is mandatory for all interested bidders.
