This is a framework contract for sports equipment supply to a school, estimated at approximately Rs.
1.45 million. The procurement operates as a blanket order system with purchase orders issued periodically throughout 2026-27, making this a recurring revenue opportunity rather than a one-time delivery. The tender follows formal government rules with mandatory e-procurement portal submission. Competition is likely from established sports equipment distributors serving educational institutions. Bid security is modest at 1 percent, and qualification requirements focus on tax registration and financial soundness, suggesting low technical barriers.
Who can bid: Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as applicable in Pakistan. Typically, sports equipment suppliers should hold SECP registration (if a company) or NTN from FBR. No specific PEC category or technical certification is stated; however, businesses must demonstrate prior experience in supplying sports items and maintain valid tax compliance documentation.
