Established in 2007 to address unemployment, AJK-TEVTA collaborates with the National Vocational Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) to implement competency-based training aligned with the National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF). The training program, funded through the Endowment Fund for Skill Development in AJ&K, is open to credible public and private sector TVET institutes operating throughout Pakistan. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
AJK-TEVTA is procuring vocational training delivery from registered TVET institutes across Pakistan.
This is a significant capacity-building initiative backed by government endowment funding, likely spanning multiple training programs. The notice does not specify training volumes, duration, or total contract value, making scale assessment difficult. Notably, the closing date is extremely tight (issued and closed within days), and institutes must obtain the RFP document by paying Rs. 1,000 upfront—a filtering mechanism. Non-blacklisted institutes with GSTAITN registration in good standing should investigate quickly.
Who can bid: Bidders must be GST/NTN registered TVET institutes operating in Pakistan's public or private sector. Institutes must not be blacklisted in AJK or Pakistan. The notice requires GSTAITN registration but does not detail other typical compliance documents; bidders should typically expect to demonstrate institutional accreditation, faculty qualifications, and facility standards.
