For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pakistan Defence Procurement seeks two specialist coating products totalling 920 liters—industrial-grade epoxy filler and polyurethane paint for defence use.
The procurement is modest in scale but highly regulated: OEM certification, batch-level testing, 85% minimum shelf-life, and export licensing are mandatory. Payment is post-shipment (90-10 split), and the tender deadline is tight (15 September 2026). This appears to be a one-off supply order with stringent quality controls typical of defence contracts; suppliers must be established OEM distributors or accredited resellers.
Who can bid: Suppliers must be authorized distributors or original equipment manufacturers of the specified products. Typically, suppliers in such defence procurement must hold valid business registration (SECP/NTN), export licensing capability, and demonstrable experience with OEM-certified products. The notice specifies OEM certification and DPL-15 acceptance; no explicit PEC or specific Pakistani registration requirement is stated, but compliance with UK export regulations and ability to secure export documentation is essential.
