The Communication and Works Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for three road construction projects under the Access Roads to New Potential Tourist Sites scheme at Malakand Division. Bid solicitation documents may be obtained from the C&W Division office on any working day or downloaded from the EPAD system before the submission deadline of September 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical proposals must be uploaded in the required format as part of the electronic bid submission. Original copies of bid security and tender fees must be enclosed in the technical proposal envelope. The bid opening will occur at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Dir Upper, on the same date at 12:30 PM. Post-qualification assessment is available from the office during working hours upon payment of 5,000 rupees per package within five days before tender opening.
