Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I invites electronic bids from eligible Government registered firms and contractors holding specialisation code CE-09 for accelerated sustainable development initiatives in District Swat under ADP No. 251257. The procurement comprises eleven separate packages of street pavement, drainage, and PCC road construction with allied works at various locations throughout the district including Kacha Kot Jambil, Kasha Tangai to Sardaray, Shaldara to Sherma, Addo Toha, Kandaw Toha, Kara to Ashar Banr, Mulapaty to Arbat, Malam, Kadono Marghazar, Kar Bakar, and Parona to Bandanro. The total estimated project value across all packages ranges from 4.960 to 8.439 million rupees per work, with earnest money requirements between 103,500 and 177,800 rupees. Bidding shall be conducted on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be Government registered firms or contractors with active specialisation code CE-09 and maintain active registration status with KP Revenue Authority as mandated by KPPRA Rules. Bid security, additional security, and detailed rate analysis (if the quoted rate exceeds 20 percent below the Engineer's Estimate) must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14) Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. All documentation including security deposits must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and submitted before the closing deadline.
Bids must be submitted electronically through http://eprocure.gov.pk with all required documents attached. The bid submission deadline is 11-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of Government Contractors or their authorised representatives who choose to attend.
