Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for laying water supply lines at Samanabad WASA, Multan, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs 3,682,023 with a completion period of 30 days. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA regulations and amended rules. The work encompasses installation and laying of water distribution infrastructure to serve the Samanabad area under WASA jurisdiction in Multan district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes. Bid security of Rs 184,101 (5% of estimated cost) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must accompany each bid and be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids submitted through any channel other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. Technical proposals will be evaluated first without reference to price; only technically responsive bidders will have their financial proposals opened. Bids must be submitted electronically before 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders or their representatives are invited to attend the opening ceremony at the office of the Director Engineering, WASA, located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, WASA Head Office, Multan.
