Description / Scope of Work
NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of various items required for the hostel facilities at Thar Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology located in Mithi, Tharparkar district. This single-stage one-envelope tender is open to firms registered with the Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board as applicable. The procurement encompasses machinery and equipment necessary for hostel operations at the Thar campus, with bidding conducted through the EPADS electronic procurement platform.
Eligible bidders must possess a minimum of three years' experience in the relevant field and demonstrate an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 40 million over the preceding three years, supported by detailed financial statements. Registration with FBR or SRB (as applicable) is mandatory. All bidders must submit a fixed bid security of Rs 0.500 million in the prescribed mode and furnish an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (dated after this notice's publication) confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and freedom from corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices.
Bidding documents are available through the EPADS portal and the NEDUET website. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid submission closes on 09 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day.
