Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU-SBA) located in Nawabshah, Sindh, is inviting sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of furniture for Academic Block-III at the main campus. The estimated total contract value is 25.118 million rupees, funded through non-ADP sources. The project scope includes furnishing of academic spaces with furniture items meeting university specifications. This single-stage two-envelope procurement is being conducted in accordance with SPPRA Rules and aims to complete the supply and installation by the fourth quarter of the financial year 2026-27.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with NTN, GST, and SRB where applicable, and demonstrate minimum three years of relevant experience in furniture supply and installation. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5 percent of their estimated bid value in the form of a demand draft favoring the Security Deposit SBBU-SBA. All bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA-EPADS portal only; manual submissions will not be accepted. Tender fees of Rs. 5,000 per tender (non-refundable) must be deposited as a pay order in favor of the Security Deposit SBBU-SBA.
Bid documents are available from the first day of advertisement until 2 September 2026 through the university website and newspapers, as per SPPRA Rules. Sealed bids must be submitted via SPPRA-EPADS by 10:30 AM on 2 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at the Syndicate hall or office of the Director Procurement, SBBU-SBA.
