For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

KPFS Abbottabad is procuring Rs 70.72 million in equipment across eleven separate lots covering furniture, digital infrastructure, and training facilities.
The procurement is structured to allow participation on individual lot basis; bidders can target specialist categories (e.g., solar systems, biometric attendance, smart classroom panels) without competing across the full scope. Notably, lots 10–11 mandate two-envelope technical evaluation at 70% minimum threshold before financial proposal review, suggesting higher specification complexity. Delivery and sample approval timelines are standard but post-award contingent on fund availability.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with KPRA (Sales Tax and Income Tax). Proprietors require CNIC copies and non-blacklisting affidavits on non-judicial paper. SECP or Registrar of Firms registration certificates are mandatory. Microfinance institutions and non-scheduled banks are excluded from CDR issuance. Typically, suppliers in Pakistan should hold active NTN and have clean compliance history.
