Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers and general order suppliers for the procurement of medals, trophies, P-caps and trophy repair services. The tender covers supply of 740 medals in three categories (342 gold, 338 silver and 60 bronze), 19 new wooden trophies, 2,200 P-caps in three colors (1,000 red, 1,000 yellow and 200 blue), and repair services for 19 wooden trophies including wooden polish, brass plate polish and installation of mission alphabets or stars. The total estimated procurement value is PKR 2,438,300 with a bid security of PKR 24,383. All goods must be brand new with delivery completed within 30 days of work order issuance. Quality inspection will be conducted and defective items replaced at supplier expense. Artwork, logos, colors, design, engraving and printing require approval from the procuring agency, and packaging must protect items during transportation.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or general order suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax. Valid and active NTN registration certificate and Sales Tax Registration certificate are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system with the required bid security attached via PSID generation. Conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected. Samples may be required before bulk production commences.
Bid documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PDS&CEA website www.daanishschools.edu.pk. Online submission through the Punjab e-procurement system is compulsory; hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bids close on 2 September 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for 11:50 AM the same day. Prices remain valid for 90 days from bid opening.
