Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner, Chiniot invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items including furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment, IT equipment, CCTV security cameras, and a solar system for the District Complex Chiniot in Punjab. The total estimated procurement value spans five distinct lots with a combined estimated amount of approximately Rs. 82,399,000, comprising executive and office furniture, air conditioning units, refrigeration and kitchen equipment, computing and networking devices, security infrastructure, and renewable energy systems. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurements Rules, 2014 with all amendments, and bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms with previous experience in their respective fields.

Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chiniot. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
