Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, invites quotations for the supply and installation of SBS office workstations at its Main Campus on University Road. The project encompasses dismantling and refixing of existing workstations along with providing and fixing 3-foot height wooden partitions with laminated worktops, covering approximately 128 square feet. The scope includes careful removal of all existing components, relocation to designated areas, and reassembly with proper alignment and adjustments as directed by the Engineer. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, Karachi, Sindh. Eight percent Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be applicable on the final bill.
Bidders are required to participate in a mandatory site visit scheduled for Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 3:00 PM at IBA Main Campus to understand site conditions and specifications. The quotation must be submitted by 20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Material specifications include 16mm thick MDF laminated sheets of ZRK brand, 4-inch aluminium skirting, partal wood framing, PVC lipping, wood lacquer polish finishing, and termite proofing treatment as per approved materials list. All work shall be executed in accordance with the attached drawing and Engineer's directions.

Payment will be made by crossed cheque upon invoice receipt and delivery of items. A liquidity damage charge of 2 percent per month on actual value will be imposed for delayed delivery.
