This is a one-year conservancy and waste management contract for a naval installation in Balochistan.
The scope is straightforward—garbage collection, seasonal landscaping, and area cleaning—and likely represents a small to medium recurring engagement. The document fee is minimal (Rs. 500), suggesting a modest contract value. The tight submission deadline (02 September 2026) leaves limited preparation time; bidders must act quickly to collect documents and prepare compliant bids. GST registration and professional contractor status are mandatory.
Who can bid: Bidders must be GST-registered and classified as reputed professional firms or contractors. Typically, conservancy contracts require valid NTN registration, evidence of relevant experience, and a valid GST certificate. The notice does not specify PEC registration or particular workforce qualifications, though compliance with labour laws and occupational safety standards is typically expected for such service contracts.
