For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a civil works contract for anti-graffiti replacement with awareness messaging at the Diamer Basha Dam Project in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Scale appears small to medium based on the nature of the work. The tender uses LCBS, meaning lowest price wins, so cost competitiveness is critical. E-bidding only through EPADS v2.0 is mandatory; manual submissions are rejected. Vendors must register on the platform ahead of submission. Closing is tight with same-day bid opening. This appears to be a one-off project rather than a recurring contract.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria. Typically, bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0, possess valid NTN and sales tax registration, and for construction/civil works typically require PEC registration in an appropriate category. Specific category requirements should be verified in the full bidding documents.
