Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot invites sealed quotations from GST, SST, PEC and Professional Tax registered firms for provision of conservancy services in Karachi, Sindh. The contract period runs from 01 October 2026 to 30 June 2027, covering approximately nine months of daily or alternate day basis waste management and sanitation services. The scope includes general conservancy and cleanliness maintenance at the depot located on National Stadium Road, Karachi. Bidders must demonstrate capability to undertake the assigned work on either a daily or alternate day frequency as per the depot's operational requirements.
Eligibility is restricted to firms holding valid GST, SST, PEC or Professional Tax registration certificates. Bidders must submit a bank draft or pay order equivalent to 2 percent of the total quoted amount as earnest money payable to CO VSD. The successful bidder will be required to deposit an additional 5 to 10 percent of the total contract value as bank guarantee in the form of a bank draft or pay order, with the exact percentage to be determined as per tender document specifications.
Tender documents are available from Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot before 01 September 2026. Sealed quotations must reach the Commanding Officer at National Stadium Road, Karachi by 02 September 2026 at 1000 hours. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 1030 hours in the presence of bidders. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified and commercially lowest declared bidder based on grounds detailed in the tender documents.
