For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

SSGC seeks a telecom/IT services provider capable of designing and delivering dual-fiber backup data connectivity with automatic failover.
This is infrastructure-grade work for two major office locations, likely involving fiber lease, equipment supply, installation, and 12–36 month support. The scope suggests medium-to-large contract value typical of carrier-grade redundant networks. Immediate challenge: submission deadline is compressed, requiring vendors to mobilize quickly if not already EPADS-registered. Winners must demonstrate field delivery capability in Karachi and Hyderabad within tight timelines.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. Typically, telecom/IT services providers should hold relevant NTN registration, valid business registration with SECP or similar, and technical certifications for fiber optics and networking equipment deployment. Experience in dual-fiber or carrier-grade networks and completion certificates for similar work are customarily required.
