For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA seeks enterprise-grade managed Layer-2 switches for FY 2026-27 deployment—likely a medium-scale infrastructure refresh for national database operations.
Single-stage e-bidding through EPADS suggests standardized specs rather than bespoke engineering. Tight August 2026 deadline indicates planning cycle already underway. Least Cost Based Selection favours price competitiveness; technical compliance is threshold, not differentiator. Vendors must be EPADS-registered and IT-capable.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 platform. Typically require NTN, active SECP registration (if corporate), and no debarment. Foreign vendors typically allowed if registered with board/authority in Pakistan. Bid security mandatory in prescribed forms (PO, BG, DD, or declaration). No PEC requirement stated (non-construction).
