The procurement process requires submission of tender documents in specified sealed envelopes containing technical offers in duplicate and commercial offers in single copy, with prices quoted in figures and words in the specified currency. Technical specifications must include all relevant details from the IT along with compliance metrics in a separate sealed envelope marked Technical Offer without prices, bearing the tender number and opening date. Commercial offers must clearly indicate total prices for quoted items with taxes, duties, freight, transportation, insurance, local and foreign training, and installation commissioning charges separately itemized. Tender documents must be submitted by the specified closing date with opening scheduled as per DP-2.
