The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of 1,240 litres of Varnish Elec Insulating Air Drying H/I Thinner (Pattern No. 0442-50-442-0092) packed in 20-litre drums and meeting IEC-60464-1, 2 & 3 specifications. The material must be brand new in manufacturer's original sealed packing with 18% GST applicable. Tender reference 2514254/R-2512/340307 is issued by the Naval Residential Complex in Islamabad, Federal Province. The scope includes supply of complete material safety data sheets, technical data sheets at inspection and delivery, marking of manufacturing and expiry dates, contract details on each drum, and delivery with minimum 85% shelf life remaining. Ullage allowance is 5% to 10% of internal drum volume, with legible package markings and appropriate international symbols for fragile materials.
Bidders must submit proposals in a sealed envelope containing three separately sealed sub-envelopes: Technical Offer in duplicate (original and copy) with Bank Challan, Principal Authorization Letter where applicable, Principal Invoice (muted without price where applicable), DP-1 Form of IT with compliance remarks, DP-2 Form of IT with Annex A compliance remarks, Technical Offer/Specifications, Annex A, B & C with compliance remarks, DP-3 Form of IT duly filled and signed, DGDP Registration Letter if applicable, and Tax Filing Proof; Earnest Money envelope; and Commercial Offer envelope containing firm's commercial offer in original, Principal Invoice in original where applicable, and completed DP-2 Form of IT in original. Suppliers must mark tick marks against each attached document to ensure completeness.
