For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSPI Balochistan seeks a single consolidated supply contract for fuels, additives, lubricants, and anti-corrosive materials—likely recurring operational supplies for a large paramilitary force.
The 90-day delivery window suggests first mobilization rather than emergency procurement. Scale appears medium-to-large given the organization's size, but the single line-item structure and emphasis on sample quality (dry and mixed formats) indicates the procuring officer expects integrated or bundled offerings rather than separate vendor management. The September 2026 closure provides reasonable preparation time.
Who can bid: Bidders must: (1) demonstrate PKR 4M+ similar assignments in prior 3 years; (2) maintain PKR 5M+ annual turnover for preceding 3 years; (3) appear on Active Tax Payer List with valid Sales Tax Certificate; (4) hold NTN; (5) not be blacklisted; (6) register on BPPRA EPPS; (7) not participate in joint ventures. Typically, SECP registration (for companies) is also required, though not explicitly stated here.
