Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer 1st Building Division Lahore invites item-rate tenders for special repair works in Flat No. 85 Khushnuma located in GOR-IV, Lahore, under the supervision of the Communication and Works Department, Punjab Building Department (Central Zone). The estimated contract value is Rs. 9,99,900 with a completion period of one month. This procurement is open to contractors and firms currently enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the relevant category in the current financial year. The work scope encompasses repairs and restoration activities in the specified residential flat within Lahore, Punjab province.
Prospective bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 19,998) through online bank transfer or one-link payment from any scheduled bank, using the PSID generated on the Punjab E-Procurement system website. All bidders must possess current PEC registration in the appropriate category. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bidding document number and title to the office of the Executive Engineer before the electronic bid submission deadline.
